šŸŽ¶ Deck the halls with boughs of holly, Falalalala… šŸŽ¶ Listen to the holiday spirit that’s already making its way through Toronto! You start to see the inspirational decoration that fills every store and house around the city. Is your holiday spirit starting to flow? Any favourite memories? This incredible and unforgettable season of the year is here… so let’s dive into this Toronto’s Christmas experience with lots of cheer! And yes, it’s a holiday rhyme justĀ  for you šŸ˜‰. Is this your first winter season in Toronto? Have you ever imagined enjoying this time seeing the white snow fall? Well get ready for the magical winter time! There are many fun and relaxing activities to do during this incredible season for a wide variety of indoor and outdoor tastes, let's take a look!


Spread the word,Ā Santa Claus (2024 Parade) šŸŽ…šŸ¼ is coming to town. On his 120th parade, Santa will begin his tour tomorrow Sunday 24th, at 12:30 pm at Christie Pits, then will make his way through some Bloor streets to Queens Park, across part of University Avenue and will end at St. Lawrence Market! This event will come with a special fabulous guest: Emma Memma and performances from groups such as Ridley College Cadet Corps Band #162, Toronto All Stars Steel Orchestra, McMaster’s Band, Guelph Collegiate Vocational Institute (GCVI) Marching Band and more! It is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy Sunday in the city with friends and family, and all for FREE!


Once more, Santa will make another parade very soon at Etobicoke LakeshoreĀ this coming week on December 7th. This great parade, a tradition of the residents and neighbors, has been taking place since December 5th in 1991. Each year it is a special occasion where all the community reunite together and relies on the hard work and effort of their volunteers offering local performances from dancers and bands, making a magical time for all the visitors around Toronto! It’s a great opportunity to see different neighborhoods of Toronto in action too!


Joy to the world, and peace on earth šŸŽ¶ā€¦ Bring out the spirit of the holidays with the gift of sharing! The great initiative of CPKC Holiday TrainĀ šŸš†fits perfectly with this joyful season, by the fundraising of money and food. This train with dazzling colorful lights, goes across the country bringing hope for the local food banks and is coming to Toronto again. The holiday magical trainĀ will arrive at 8:15 pm on Tuesday November 29th at 750 Runnymede Rd, CPKC Yard Office parking lot and the performances by Tyler ShawĀ and Shawnee Kish too, filling with music the event from 8:30 pm to 9:00pm. Your non-perishable food donations or cash for those wishing to have food for the holidays, are appreciated ā¤ļø.


To feel more connected to the older and more traditional side of the Holidays,Ā  Casa Loma Castle, is a wonder, welcoming with open doors as North America’s only castle inspired by the gothic style structure. This marvel with a 40ft tall tree in the Great Hall will give you the chance to join the holiday activities like the wreath making workshops and fascinating exhibits like the Themed rooms or The Backstage Celebrity Gallery. And on the third floor you will meet Santa’s workshops for photos along with festive arts and crafts!Ā Christmas at the Castle Admission costs $45 per person for a day of fun!


Looking for the most iconic classic music and dancing of the holidays? Let’s catch The Nutcracker’sĀ presentation at the National Ballet of Canada, a holiday classic , with quaintĀ  magical characters. Along with the memorable masterpiece of Tchaicovsky, stunning choreographies and festive outfits starts a magic trip of a young woman to the Land of Sweets. For a glamorous evening on the town tickets start from $59 to $215.Ā 


Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow šŸŽ¶ā€¦with architecture from the 19 century, Distillery Winter VillageĀ ā˜ƒļø is a must see neighbourhood of Toronto. Otherwise known as the Christmas Market, this event opens from 10 am everyday to enjoy a full fun day of exploring. This district is dressed up with colorful lights that creates an environment of coziness and joy for the holidays. In addition, come hungry to try the grilled cheese sandwich, smoked meat, swiss raclette, jerk chicken pierogies, dutch pancakes and so many more tasty goodies to find! And to warm you up even more, the S’mores hot chocolate, mulled wine and egg nog will make you feel nice and toasty! For the Swifties in the Distillery District, the Taylor made holiday huntĀ is already running until November 24th. Don't miss your chance to sing along and carol with Saint Nick and the roaming elves.Ā Admission is free from 10am onward and tickets (starting at $15) are required after 4pm every Thursday to Sunday and December 12th to 31st.
