IT'S COLD! 🥶

So as you all know, Winter is already here, and Sring is on its way. It's cold here in Toronto, and probably going to continue being chilly for a couple more months, and like most of us, we hate the cold. So what do we do when we don't want to go out but want to have fun? INDOOR ACTIVITIES of course! We have gathered a couple of options for you guys to look at, they are pretty affordable and

simple to get to here in the city.

We will start with the easiest; of course, it had to be SNAKES & LATTES!

Yup, you read that right, LATTES! Well, all of you probably have an idea why it's called that, but it's basically because they sell different varieties of food and drinks. Oh, did I mention the best part? Their drinks vary from coffee and teas to cocktails, beers, wine, and many more! So you can relax AND have fun AT THE SAME TIME! AMAZING!! Also not forgetting to mention, everybody knows the board game, Snakes and Ladders. Well, that's where the Snake part comes from, IT'S A BOARD GAME CAFE!! https://www.snakesandlattes.com/college

Next up, for all of you who are a little sporty, we have the Archery Circuit. It's honestly all in the name, really, but other than that, they also have dodgeball, but there's a twist to that, it's BLACKLIGHT with glowing targets! Imagine that! Want to recreate Star Wars with the light sabers? Check out Saber Wars! OR live out everyone's intrusive thoughts with Bubble Soccer! You get to play soccer whilst bumping into each other wearing a BUBBLE WRAP!!!! OMG doesn't that sound fun? You can sign us up for that! This is the link to their website, you can have a look and see if anything catches your eye https://arenawars.ca/#nerf-wars-toronto-

We also have the classic escape room, the place is called OMESCAPE. The price is different depending on the type of room you're playing. Like for example the one with the Magic Academy, is of course going to be a couple of dollars extra, because well, it is magic.

You can't just say ERECTO and everything will be built up. (If you get it, you get it HINT it's from Harry Potter) For those of you who are brainiacs and like to solve puzzles, you can put them to the test and see how well you do! You can check out to book your spot https://www.omventure.ca/

And lastly, wait for it .... RETRO TORONTO BOWLING. Not sure about you guys, but it's not something you'd see in this day and age. The retro vibe is a total experience, not your usual bowling, it does use a much smaller ball, with no holes in it kind of like a bocce ball and it only has 5 pins. This game was invented by a Canadian named Thomas Ryan in the year 1909. Isn't that interesting? A true Canadian experience, we'd say. A little disclaimer, this place does not carry cash, just as they did back in the old days, eh? And, you have to keep track of your scores by yourself. But, you guys should definitely check it out https://www.danforthbowl.com/

Most of these places are close to the TTC, but, as always, to be on the safe side, remember to check for TTC closures and plan ahead to avoid getting stranded. Or if these places don't fascinate you, you can always look for more activities here https://www.yelp.ca/search?find_desc=Indoor+Activities&find_loc=Toronto%2C+ON.
